Podium and fastest lap in only his 2nd Race

2011 is a new direction for James with a move to Radical sports cars.

Following his graduation from Durham with a 2:1 degree James has entered rounds of both the Radical Clubman's Cup and the Radical UK Cup to gain valuable experience for a full sports car season in 2012.

Gearbox problems at Snetterton slowed his pace but James bounced back at the brands Hatch round with a podium finish and fastest lap in only his second race.

In the UK Cup James has signed with Alex Mortimer's RPM Motorsport team and with Joe Crook claimed 2- 5th place finishes at  Donington Park.
